சீனாவில் மீண்டும் ஒரு புதிய வகை வைரஸ் பரவி மக்களைப் பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாகி இருக்கிறது.
கடந்த 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் உலக நாடுகளைப் புரட்டிப் போட்டிருந்தது கொரோனா வைரஸ். கடும் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்திய கொரோனா வைரஸ் தாக்கத்தால் லட்சக்கணக்கான மக்கள் உயிரிழந்திருந்தனர். இன்றளவும் ஒரு சில நாடுகளில் கொரோனா வைரஸ் உருமாறித் தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
இந்நிலையில் சீனாவில் மீண்டும் ஒரு வைரஸ் பரவி மக்களைப் பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாகி இருக்கிறது. HMPV (Human Metapneumo Virus) என்ற வைரஸால் சுவாச நோய் அங்கு வேகமாகப் பரவி வருகிறது. கோவிட்-19 அறிகுறிகளைப் போலவே இதற்கும் இருப்பதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.
குறிப்பாக 14 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்களை அதிகளவில் இந்த வைரஸ் தாக்குவதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது. இருமல், காய்ச்சல், மூக்கடைப்பு மற்றும் மூச்சுத்திணறல் ஆகியவை இதன் அறிகுறிகள் என்று சொல்லப்படுகிறது. இந்த வைரஸ் பாதித்த நோயாளிகள் மருத்துவமனைகளில் குவிந்துள்ளதாகத் தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.
இதற்கிடையில், சீனாவில் உள்ள பல மருத்துவமனைகள் இன்ஃப்ளூயன்ஸா ஏ, மைக்கோபிளாஸ்மா நிமோனியா மற்றும் கோவிட் -19 நோயாளிகளால் நிரம்பியுள்ளன என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
